Independent vocational and life care evaluations.
We assess what work a person can still perform, what their earning capacity has become, and what their future care will cost. Every opinion is grounded in published standards of practice.
Most cases we take turn on two questions.
A medical record describes an injury. It does not translate that injury into work and dollars. That translation is our work, and it is where vocational and life care evidence earns its place in a case.
What work can this person still do?
Given the documented restrictions, which occupations remain open, do those jobs exist in the person's labor market, and what do they pay compared with prior work.
What will their future care cost?
A costed roadmap of the medical and support needs a condition will require over a lifetime, researched at real prices in the person's geographic area.
Forensic evaluation, from records to testimony.
Life Care Plans
A dynamic, costed plan of current and future needs following a catastrophic or chronic injury, built on published standards, comprehensive assessment, and regional cost research.
